Meet Cassandra McDonough!

Cassandra McDonough teaches meditative, rhythmic, and bhakti-powered Vinyasa yoga in the Prana Flow style as well as a more gentle Kripalu “Hatha” yoga. She is a Kripalu 500-hr certified yoga instructor, as well as a 300-hr graduate of the Prana Flow Vinyasa training with Shiva Rea. She has also completed Prenatal training with Jane Austin and Restorative Yoga Teacher training with Judith Lasater at Yoga Tree in San Francisco for a total of over 900 certification hours in yoga alone. Cassandra is also deeply immersed in the study and practice of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science. After attending the California College of Ayurveda, she is now an Ayurvedic Health Educator, offering over 1200 additional hours of certification hours in the art of “the original” yoga therapy. She has been a student of yoga since age 14, practicing for more than 15 years, and teaching for almost a decade to date. Yoga has helped Cassandra completely heal moderate scoliosis,  sciatica and lower back pain, anxiety, thyroid disease, and has intimately connected her to the great wonder of life itself.
