Wakeful Way Mindful Wellness Course w/Ben Dineen

Saturdays, June 15 - August 3 , 10a-1p

This 3-hour format, done weekly for 8 weeks, is designed to act as a mini-intensive to build positive energy flows and practices which support mindful wellness, as well as  allowing for a more in-depth study of Yoga in its many facets. The course includes Taiji / Qigong and mindful living.

Each Saturday session will include 3 core segments:

-lecture / discussion
-movement practice
-meditation practice

In this afternoon intensive of both theory and practice, you will learn the unique techniques of asana, pranayama, and relaxation necessary for experiencing the richness of both external and internal mantra recitation.  You will also learn how to hold and work with a mala (prayer beads) as a meditative tool for your practice.
