Are you experiencing tension in your body almost everyday and you don't know where it's coming from? Do you feel irritable and stressed out right away? Want to learn how to regulate your nervous system so that you can remain stable during stressful times?
Join Rocio Gonzalez for a single session or for the entire 3-week series to learn how to incorporate TRE (Tension Release Exercises) into your personal practice. A minimum of 3 sessions are required to learn TRE for personal practice. Stay for snacks and social time after class!

Who this is for:
- TRE is beneficial for everyone especially individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain, and physical tension.
- All ages are welcome, no experience is necessary
- Individuals with physical limitations are also welcome. If you have physical limitations that will prevent you from laying on your back, please inform us in advance.
- This practice is not suitable for individuals with brain implants and not encouraged for pregnant women, all other participants are welcome.
