This workshop will kick-off a group ayurvedic lifestyle cleanse that will rejuvenate us and restore us to our deepest selves. Participants will receive complementary audio practices and will be invited to join a facebook group sangha to help one another along the path.
Through lecture and discussion we will explore the Ayurvedic pathology of mental and emotional imbalance as well as how imbalance can trigger physical disease. In our practice sessions, learn the techniques that can rewire the energetic body towards balance.
We will enjoy a gentle yoga class that targets the energetic imbalance often implicated in anxiety and certain types of depression, then enjoy a lecture introducing you to the basic principles of Ayurveda.
