Please join James for an evening of immersion in Yin Yoga. This 8-week series of slow-paced, longer hold postures will deeply impact and restore the body and mind.
This series emphasizes the use of props such as blankets, blocks and bolster pillows to allow practitioners of all levels to experience release and relaxation.
Maximum number of students is 16.
