Come together in community each Saturday morning as we dive deep into yoga philosophy and source wisdom with your guide, mela.yoga founder Stephanie Chee Barea. This 4-week series explores the teachings and application of The Yoga Sutras, a foundational and timeless yogic text.
Each weekly gathering will focus on one sutra – and will include a group asana and meditation practice, chanting of the selected sutra, and satsang “being in the companty of truth” as we break down meaning and discuss its relevance in our everyday lives.
Class meets 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5. Open to all. Tea and cookies provided!
