Wakeful Way Mindful Wellness Course w/Ben Dineen

Saturdays, June 15 - August 3 , 10a-1p

This 3-hour format, done weekly for 8 weeks, is designed to act as a mini-intensive to build positive energy flows and practices which support mindful wellness, as well as  allowing for a more in-depth study of Yoga in its many facets. The course includes Taiji / Qigong and mindful living.

Each Saturday session will include 3 core segments:

-lecture / discussion
-movement practice
-meditation practice
