Come explore and practice a unique blend of yoga crafted to melt away tension, feed the soul, increase flexibility and strengthen body and mind.  


This light-hearted class will typically include gentle yoga asana (poses), self-inquiry, meditation, pranayama (breath work), vibration (music),  lecture and discussion to draw you into presence.
