Join teen yoga educator Stephanie Chee Barea for this 10-week class series designed to help high school students (grades 9-12) successfully manage their energy and emotions through the study and practice of yoga, in community with one another. Students will experience increased strength and flexibility, improved mental clarity and focus, reduced stress and anxiety, techniques for relaxation and better sleep, and inner courage and confidence. All levels and abilities welcome!
Studio is within walking distance of both BHS and SMHS.
