Start off your week with a master-crafted combination of yoga nidra, gentle movement and chanting to increase the vibrancy of your body, mind and soul. 

Guided by founder Stephanie Chee Barea, this efficient and effective alchemical 8-week practice includes:

  • gentle asana (yoga postures) to relieve tension in the body, increase circulation + unwind the nervous system

  • pranayama to balance your mind + connect to prana shakti (dynamic life force)

  • ParaYoga Nidra (enlightened sleep) to further relaxation of the physical body, improve cognition + to cultivate a clear, tranquil mind

  • meditation with visualization + chanting of mantra to attune to Source

Appropriate for all ages, all levels of experience.
