Yoga for Radical Wellness is a 4-week series that meets for 90 minutes per week to explore and practice a unique blend of yoga modalities derived from the ancient scripture, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and backed up by modern day science.
A typical class will include gentle yoga asana (poses), self-inquiry, meditation, pranayama (breath work), vibration (music), yoga nidra (yogic sleep), restorative poses, lecture, and discussion.
