Join Mackenzie Studebaker for this 4-week series of guided relaxation and meditation.  iRest is a modern-day adaptation of an ancient practice of healing, relaxation, and well-being from the tradition of yoga. A research-based, transformative practice of fundamental relaxation and meditative inquiry, this practice releases negative emotions and thought patterns and develops a deep capacity to meet any and all of life's circumstances.
