Join Danae Robinett for this summertime series that focuses on better breathing and more sound sleeping. Over the course of the 4 weeks, various breath practices will be introduced along with the deeply relaxing and soothing practice of yoga nidra (a.k.a. "yogic sleeping"). A 25-minute practice of yoga nidra can be equivalent to 4 hours of sleep!
