Middle School Girls' Night Out (Grades 5-8)

Join teen yoga educator Stephanie Chee Barea for an evening of yoga and fun!  We will enjoy pizza and healthy snacks, discuss and create personal mandalas for our summer intentions, then end with a restorative yoga and guided meditation practice sure to recharge and restore ourselves for the end-of-year push of homework and final projects.  No prior yoga experience necessary.  Invite your friends too!
