This weekly gathering is specifically designed for girls, grades 5-8. Through the practice of yoga – including postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation – students will be empowered to become more self-aware and confident in mind, body and spirit. They will also learn the skills and tools to effectively manage stress, navigate strong emotions, and create and sustain connections with one another in community and friendship. Session runs for six weeks, March 15 – May 3. No class March 29 or April 5.
