No school?  Let's do yoga!  We will spend our time in practice, reflection and creative expression – inspiring our pre-teens to disengage from electronics and connect with themselves and others in true friendship and community.  Yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation will flow alongside journaling, mandala drawing, and discussion as we explore the many ways "yoga" can show up in our daily lives.
