This weekly gathering is designed specifically for high school students (grades 9-12), to learn and practice the tools of yoga in community with one another. Students will experience increased strength and flexibility, improved mental clarity and focus, reduced stress and anxiety, techniques for relaxation and better sleep, and inner courage and confidence. All levels and abilities welcome! Upcoming session runs Jan 13 – Feb 17.
