Join Jillian Glikbarg (E-RYT 500) in what some call the most powerful yoga technique around – Yoga Nidra.  Through this ancient practice of deep rest and relaxation you can learn how to restore your energy as if you had slept 8 hours in just 45 minutes! Yoga Nidra puts you in a state of profound relaxation to recharge your system and make up for sleep deficits due to poor sleeping habits, stress, and anxiety from our day-to-day grind.
