Six-week study series. Meet Mondays from 7-8:15 November 5, 12, 19, 26, 3, and December 17. No class December 10th.
This class will be enjoyable for most abilities and is suitable for beginners to advanced level yogis. You should be get up and down from the floor somewhat easily.
