This 4-week series explores the foundations of yoga – in philosophy and practice – as we seek to better understand ourselves and the ancient wisdom behind this vast science.
What unites all yoga traditions? What yoga should I practice? What foundational knowledge is necessary to keep my body safe and my mind tranquil in yoga class?
Classes will include lecture, discussion, asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), guided relaxation and meditation. Questions during class are encouraged!
Space is limited to 12 students, to insure personal attention and guidance.
