Join Mackenzie Studebaker for this 4-week series in self-love and self-care. Restorative Yoga is all about feeling support. Less doing and more Being. Through the use of props, we will rest in postures that allow the nervous system to calm, promoting improved sleep and digestion, emotional balance, and physical ease.
