Join teen educator Stephanie Chee Barea for this weekly gathering designed specifically for high school students (grades 9-12), to learn and practice the tools of yoga in community with one another. Students will experience increased strength and flexibility, improved mental clarity and focus, reduced stress and anxiety, techniques for relaxation and better sleep, and inner courage and confidence. All levels and abilities welcome! Upcoming six-week session runs Feb 24 – Apr 13. No class March 30 or April 6.
